Culinary information
Butter fried potatoes can be used as a side dish for almost all kind of meat, nice to have at a buffet. The parsley can be replaced by dill, which is very delicious for dishes with fish.
Ingredients
- 600-800g small whole potatoes, if possible use organic
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 5-6 tablespoons of butter
- Fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Cooking time 30 min
- Keep the skin on potatoes
- Boil the potatoes for 10 min
- After the potatoes have boiled melt butter in a pan
- Add the potatoes to the pan
- Fry the potatoes in the butter on medium heat
- Remember to turn the potatoes frequently so they get fried on every side
- Add salt and pepper
- Serve with chopped parsley on top
Other aspects
