Culinary information

Butter fried potatoes can be used as a side dish for almost all kind of meat, nice to have at a buffet. The parsley can be replaced by dill, which is very delicious for dishes with fish.

Ingredients

  • 600-800g small whole potatoes, if possible use organic
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 5-6 tablespoons of butter
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Cooking time 30 min

  • Keep the skin on potatoes
  • Boil the potatoes for 10 min
  • After the potatoes have boiled melt butter in a pan
  • Add the potatoes to the pan
  • Fry the potatoes in the butter on medium heat
  • Remember to turn the potatoes frequently so they get fried on every side
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Serve with chopped parsley on top
